This was my first time using RNR the customer service was Amazing!!! All of the young men in the front of the house or counter were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. All my questions were answered and explained in detail. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this RNR on Admiral. It was a memorable experience and you just don't get that kind of service these. Also, I spent about an hour or so in the office and they treated everyone with the same kind of respect in person and on the phone. Amazing team, oh and the garage team was also Great!

I will say this location has been a very different experience from the RNR location where I purchased my own tires. Because I had a good experience before, I recommended that my boyfriend purchase his tires from RNR as well. Unfortunately, that is when everything started going downhill. We pay extra every week for a service contract that is supposed to cover replacement of a tire that cannot be repaired for around $35 plus tax. Yet here we are a WEEK later, still without the replacement tire, and we were apparently expected to continue driving on a donut spare. A donut is only designed for limited mileage, generally around 50–70 miles depending on the vehicle and tire. So my question is: if we ruin the donut waiting on the tire you are supposed to replace under a service we PAY EXTRA FOR, who is replacing the donut? Now we supposedly have another tire temporarily installed on that wheel until the correct tire comes in, and it is already making a noise. On top of all of this, the attitude and lack of sympathy from this location have made the situation even worse. If replacing a damaged tire is not going to happen immediately, then customers need to be told that UP FRONT. Do not

I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express thanks to Manny. All staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all of my options without making me feel pressured. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made sure I left completely satisfied. I highly recommend anyone needing wheels or tires try RNR. I've used them for years on many different vehicles I've owned, and never disappointed. They are the best in Tulsa.

Had a great experience. I got all 4 tires changed and Manny made sure I didn't get more than I needed and payed the least amount possible. They have different payment options and Manny will do whatever he can to make sure you can make the payments. Just know if you only pay the minimum of what's due vs a little more over time, you'll be paying for longer and almost double what you would pay. For example, I can pay $36.14 a week for 15 months or $50 a week for 5 months (I get payed weekly). I'm paying way less and less longer doing $50 a week vs the other amount. It's very doable and Manny will work with you to make sure you get what you need. Highly recommend if you don't have the funds to pay all upfront. My bumper was dragging and they also ziptied it for me. Nothing but good things here!
